All images by The Helders Photography are protected under the Federal Copyright Law, which means that even though you are subject of an image, the photographer retains ownership. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs: which includes printing off this website, copying with a photocopier, a photographic copy, scanning or screenshots.

It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without our permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

All web-ready images will contain a watermark to protect clients and to ensure that the images are never stolen and published on other websites or used by/for profit by third parties.
